I need to tell everyone something because I think it’s important. I never wanted any of this. I never cared about money or my career. I still don’t. I could be perfectly happy working in a bookstore for the rest of my life if it paid the bills. I fell in love, that’s how simple this was. We did nothing wrong, by any stretch.

I'm not sure about much. But there are a few things I know. I believe in myself & my story. I know that I'm smart and strong. I know I would cross an ocean for the one I love, & that's what makes me believe in it. I'm praying a lot so I feel closer to you x pls hold on tight to me if you're here & around me. Show me how to move through this and bring you home 💞

I found this reorganizing my book cart a few mins ago & it was a genuine bright spot in my morning! Surprisingly, I have never read any Murakami--kind of on purpose because I wanted to start with this. It's recommended to read 1984 first & I finally finished that this year. I can't wait to share thoughts on this one x

it was a rough weekend so I tried to unplug a bit. I'm currently protesting my apple watch so there's that. no laughing allowed. All I keep hearing is to just believe a little bit. So we're gonna go with that affirmation & reiterate if u want this, come home bby. NOW x

Ok so this has gotten good (I'm like 50 pages from the actual end) & honestly I have NO idea how to describe this story lol. But I'm updating because hopefully I finish it tonight! Gonna try to lock in like I did at the auto shop for the last 4 hours while waiting for my oil to be changed. I am certain that I could have purchased oil & taught myself in that amount of time 😂

hi bby 🥹 I slept in today cuz I woke up v early w/ a headache. I think it's gone now! Mostly I've been laying on the couch reading. Still can't get over Charlotte & what a talented writer she is. That lady knew some things let me tell you, smarty pants for sure lol. I'll share a quick excerpt that was beautiful & ended w/ a laugh. Apparently we both enjoy that writing style. hi b good aft x it has been a quiet day, matching the weather. Kinda reminds me of the book The Napping House. I loved that one when I was a kid cuz of the art style. Now that I have procrastinated, time to whip this place into shape before the fam comes over tonight. they fly home tomorrow, love them but not the ideal time for a visit this year lmao. I miss you lots & am just going thru the daily motions 💞

Another sunny day yay we love! hi b, good morn x yesterday was dumb. my food was bad & an amazon package came broken so I was like NOPE and went to bed after lunch lmao. I need coffee & get back to Love Island USA. Slacking on my part-time job over here. I had a really weird dream last night, a reoccurring one. But this time, it ended differently. I got out of the house. Taking that as a good sign 😘

Going into another weekend a sad girl. I hope that one day (soon) I understand why you chose this for us.
