Random AM updates:
- I think I’m going to like this way better than COMC 😭 (omfg as in Comcast? Xfinity? Pleaseee lmao) Also my copy is way prettier: blue & yellow with art of St. Petersburg in the background, but I could not find it via ISBN nor manual search. One huge thing I’m noticing with these older & translated texts: the translation you pick up really, really matters. Preference is a big factor: modern translations don’t seem bad or wrong but I’m noticing I much prefer the older versions. HOWEVER, if you want readable and fun? 1000% pick up the modern translations. Idk what my problem is cuz I wouldn’t exactly call these types of reads “enjoyable” lol
- It is not lost on me that the AI messaging delivered by the big wigs over the weekend comes directly on the heels of Apple announcing contextual AI capabilities that are local/user-encrypted. The timing gentlemen, the timing! It’s giving “awww, no fair! Apple can’t do that!” lmao maybe you all should have cared a little more about security & privacy from the beginning, like your product and engineering teams were begging you to do. I would know, I was quite literally there for those convos! 😂 Maybe, in a world where our personal data is currently for sale, privacy IS the new product. Just noodlin’
- The boys are being switched to grain-free. Ya idk either they keep giving me little signs they want to try a more starch-based option. I did my research & they’re staying on the same exact approved brand, just a different formula. After thinking about it I was like, you know what, I would probably also prefer and be fuller with potato/pea based than rice/oat based! lmao I just think that they might tolerate it a bit better. From what I can tell online grain-free isn’t better or worse, you still need to hit all the nutritional markers, it just depends on what works best individually. So we are trying and going to see if they’re like their mom lol. I love a potato as u know
- I got donuts yesterday. Oh & also was looking for those Halloween Pillsbury cookies, they did not have, so I settled for Pumpkin Pie Pop Tarts. Will report back! Extremely important research, I think they’re going to be fire & I am not a pumpkin spice girlie.
