losing my mind about this what the hell

i am rattling the bars of my enclosure much like i imagine helios is

in many ways, this too is an exploration of intense queer friendship and in this essay i will—

helios i have only had you for a short time but it would appear that i've grown quite fond of you!!!!

i know some people may think that short books or "simple" books are probably the easiest to write but as someone who only knows how to overwrite,,, i am astounded at how k ancrum has put so much tension and emotion into chapters that are really just a few short paragraphs

this is quick and yet somehow it's so full of tension...i like it
