I have loved so many of SEP books in the past. I miss loving romance books. I still have several of hers on my bookshelf, not ready to part with them yet. I would get so excited when I would find one I didn’t have in a thrift shop. Same with Rachel Gibson, Jill Shalvis, and Susan Mallery’s fools gold series.

Glad you're enjoying Merry, but I didn't like this book either, like Persephone. I think it's a kind of polarising book, maybe. Love it or leave it. The circus setting just didn't do it for me me.

I can definitely see where you are coming from. I didn't think I would like the circus aspect at all and the H is such a jerk. But it is working for me lol

I love this book. Even done a few rereads haha. I just love absurd it is 😂.

Good luck with this one, Merry. It was beyond salvageable for me.
