I know it’s just the backdrop for the cozy mystery, but this entire premise is actually batshit insane. So everyone lives for hundreds of years, being reborn over and over again, until their spaceship gets to their new world. And then they’ll just stop? Live one normal lifespan again, and die forever? Why? And why would anyone agree to it?
