feeling dumb as fuck after realising why is it called the return of the king only when aragorn arrives at gondor 😭 lmao. also one of my huge issues with this trilogy it's how important things happen offscreen and we're told about it after (like aragorn and the army of the dead) while we spend ages in other useless shit. sure let's hear another song instead of seeing this important plot point.
