Damn nothing more powerful than the female rage of a grieving woman expected to just be a housewife.

Its not even a shocking death it just feels that it shouldn't of happened.

Damn did shit hit the fan from where I left off. Chapter 11 to 16 has been none stop action and very brutal.
Miskai is kick ass

Pausing this, not because i am not enjoying it but i am too engrossed with the Sun eater series and i want to read the big finale of Empire of the Vampire (Dawn)

Feels a little different from the medieval based fantasies, old school asian inspired but on a modern planet. Already enjoying the two main characters.
