I’m at page 48 out of 925 and I can already feel it will be too long. I was pumped up by Booktok but my excitement has been dampened by the comments here and I’m so torn because I don’t like DNF but will I regret it? Oh and I read the end because I’m this type of persons and I think I’m already agreeing with the 2 stars comments.

Ok I think that’s where the book is starting to loose me… The « date » on the forest in the middle of a war? Why would they do that? I understand the point of wanting to bring depth to their relationship, exchanging trauma, trusting each other… but I don’t think it’s brought well.

I’m a petty person. I think she should have sex with Carrion, just to spite him. Is it low? Yes. Would it make me feel better about the fact that he forces her to do stuff against her will? Also yes.

I think you can want to f*** someone and still be disgusted if they shook their sweat at you, but maybe that’s just me.
Also it seems really fast from I hate this guy to I want to f*** him so bad, I smell like a brothel. I would have like if she would have been « yeah objectively he’s handsome but the a**holery makes him less f***able » a little longer.
