I see why people didn’t like this one as much as Sharp Objects and Gone Girl but the pages are flyin. My complaint is that there really isn’t enough suspense in the present day chapters besides the anticipation of finding out more about the 80s stuff

Why are gillian flynn books so absorbing. How does she do it
