I listened to this a couple years ago on loan from the library and found myself wishing I could take notes, so here we are with a print copy. It’s interesting interacting with the text in this way - a book whose central thesis is essentially that literacy brought about childhood, and that the proliferation of instant communication is what is causing its disappearance. Enjoying it so far.
