Listen. The smut is decent but it always comes out of nowhere and it’s so jarring I feel like I’m being shot

This is the second time Ivy got one on whiskey - a girl that had to be put in a coma two weeks ago with no prior combat experiences manages to hurt a guy who’s a deadly soldier in an elite squad tasked with deadly missions. Sure.
I cannot stand her. She’s so hollow. An empty shell that does nothing but sleep. She’s written absolutely terrible and bland and inconsistent in her capabilities

this reads like high fantasy. And the writing is miles better than the fanfic she publishes. The plot, while good in theory, is upheld by the adult high fantasy writing style. She never repeats herself and every sentence is elaborate and polished. IF she wrote this (without AI or a ghost writer), kudos to her. It’s impeccable. But I can’t help but be suspicious.

I’m tentatively speculating is this was written with the help of AI.. compared to the spin off AU, this is a masterpiece. She published three books within half a a year. She uses words like “jingoistic” (aka patriotic), and it doesn’t feel like she looked up fancy synonyms occasionally..
I dont know how to feel about this
