So far, and while I haven't been able to watch the movie in its entirety (not scared of it, just haven't had the chance to sit in one setting and watch it all the way through) movie was pretty loyal to the book. Just hope they explain how Pazuzu went all the way from Iraq to America to possess this one little girl.
