Oh, Choi Han is so obviously, giddily in love with Cale. It’s delicious dramatic irony that we have to stay in Cale’s self… self-effacing? Self-discounting? pov and listen to how such a smart man completely but believably misinterprets and remains unable to comprehend how much regard/love Choi Han (and the characters he’s helped/rescued) have for him. 🥹 Cale is so lovable AND likable as a pov character.

“But I have to protect you 🥺” — aaahhhh Choi Han aka Choi San aka human puppy dog trapped in a beast of a man’s overpowered body, and pathetically, adorably devoted to his precious “Mr. Cale.” 😆 I have no doubt Cale will fill Choi Han’s absence with lots of other interesting and colorful characters but I (and I’m sure Choi Han) can’t wait until they reunite hopefully soon~ ❤️
