So I get that there are no studies and no footnotes to make it more accessible and easier to read but I kinda need the studies and the footnotes, babe, because many of the things said here read as opinion presented as fact 🤌.

Also little things are repeated quite a lot which irks me but I think it's just me. I mean it's really little things that one may not notice if reading one chapter per day.
