I'm becoming more disturbed, but still can't quite see how the story is going to climax and resolve... There's an awful lot of philosophising that I can't quite relate to the story and that I feel is more Wilde's exploration of those topics - interesting! But breaks the flow a tad.

Dorian is an odd character... I cannot tell if he is good or bad... Naive is probably best to describe him...?

A curious start to the story, and although I feel things are going downhill, I cannot yet quite grasp how Dorian's curiosity and fascination with Lord Henry's philosophy is going to morph into something bad... I feel sorry for Basil :/
