The problem is, I just don't care. I don't care about the characters and I don't care about the plot. When I have a library book, I have no problem giving up on a book. But when it's on my nook, I feel the need to keep trying.

When a character witnesses several Gruesome zombie attacks, it's ridiculous to have the character disbelieve that zombies exist. It seems out of place for the author to do that.

I've had this on my nook for a while and had forgotten what it was about. The first several pages were about the loser main character and his unrequited love for a girl. So I didn't even know it was about zombies. The zombie parts have fallen flat so far.
