Are you f'ing kidding me!? "Pulling pigtails" isn't romantic! Gag me. 🤮

If this is truly the romance, I'm not buying. You barely met her when she was at her lowest you can't tell me you're ready for this to be real. It's fantasy plain and simple.

Uh, he has MILLIONS to give her!? Wow. Thats unexpected.

Clearly, this is someone's fantasy book.

Talk about drama!

This isn't a romance. This is a soap opera.

I don't know. I can imagine the pain of her son. This makes the story suck so much more.

I'm not sure I can handle the romance that comes out of this of her son gets shafted.

I'm not sure I agree with her behavior to her son. I was around the same age when my dad left and told us to keep it a secret from our mom. It's not fair to blame a 14-year old whose life is probably falling apart too. If he was 20, maybe. But 14? No. She's wrong for this.

I HATE this body hatred moment for her. And for women in general and aging women in particular.

Good news that the cheater isn't a "hero". I'm going to persevere and find out what happens!

Wait a minute! What am I reading!? Am I really getting the POV of the CHEATER!?

How in the world did this book show up on my TBR? Will look into this and decide whether a DNF is happening.
