I went into this not reading the synopsis. It's really cute! I love Chmakova's art style in this series and the characters were fun. There was a lot of depth here when it had the potential to be a superficial treatment. I wish there had been more resolution with Mirabella when she and her mom leave the abusive father. I wonder if she'll turn up in a future installment.
