Really good, even if written before COVID and 10/7. He gives examples of Yankees vs. Red Sox, Israel/Palestine, white supremacists learning to change their thinking after having insightful dialogue that challenges their assumptions, etc. Good discussion on process vs. relationship conflict with the Wright Brothers being a main example there.

Audiobook. So far interesting, study-backed endorsement for questioning assumptions more and more “thinking again” (examples at the start: IBM’s success and downfall, Steve Jobs’ decision to create the iPhone, a fire survival story where the man lit the brush near him on fire to stop the wildfire’s heart source, and more). Dunn Kruger effect vs. imposter syndrome. Icelandic election and financial crisis
