Really good, even if written before COVID and 10/7. He gives examples of Yankees vs. Red Sox, Israel/Palestine, white supremacists learning to change their thinking after having insightful dialogue that challenges their assumptions, etc. Good discussion on process vs. relationship conflict with the Wright Brothers being a main example there.
