Stumbled upon this book, and I love Kathleen Norris's writing so I picked it up. But once I realised it was a list of movies to watch and then essays on those particular movies I was like ehhh nevermind......and then I was like wait. I like watching movies. Wouldn't it be interesting to watch a curated list of good films, then read thoughtful discussion on it???

Finally got around to continuing my watch-and-read journey through this list of movies and their essays. Movie #4 was not at all what I expected, and I didn't love it, but I enjoyed going through the discussion.
