I really can't tell if/why I'm supposed to find the main male character likeable. In contrast to the actual trolls and slime that are the other men in the book so far, he's better, but he's still... not the best. I'm not a fan of the alpha male asshole and sadly, ,this guy looks like he fits the mold. I'm considering dropping it.
