I... cannot express how stupid this book is. I can feel my braicells DYING. Also Violet is disgusting for sexualizing Xaden. Had it been him drooling all over her, readers would be furious.

Yarros thought "fantasy" means readers suspend their disbelief so much nothing needs to make sense. Which is fundamentally wrong and shows her lack of knowledge of the fantasy genre. I won't rip this book apart here only because I'm gonna roast it to a crisp in the final review
