Ofc Islas’ cousin is Astria! I hope Astria will help Isla eventually! Why doesn’t Isla ask Grim about her father?! It would make sense to cuz Islas’ father was Grims’ general. Who is the traitor dammit? What if it lowkey is Wren? Isla’s right she shouldn’t trust anybody at this point cuz she’s been betrayed by many people she’s trusted in the past! This prophecy is making everything complicated mannn.

Azul is a W friend for keeping it real with Isla, and he def feels bad for her because of the prophecy. I hope Azul can keep helping/advising Isla going forward. Even Azul knows the storms are gonna bring treacherous evil. W Azul for helping Isla by giving her the bird & the ring to track the storm, and for telling Isla she isn’t a monster and can redeem herself. A true friend! What is Auroras’ feather all about?

A lot happened between Grim and Isla this chapter and idk what to think. So many thoughts are running through my head. The Nightshade portal had to have been opened by someone a long time ago. Is the traitor among the Wildlings someone we don’t know yet?Dammit Grim. Why didn’t he tell Isla the truth from the very beginning? I feel bad cuz it seems like he truly regrets what he’s did! But then there’s Oro too!

Terra thinks she’s hot shit. I wished Isla would’ve knocked her on her ass. If they’re truly innocent why not just say who actually killed Islas’ parents? With Nightbane gone a ton of people are gonna die in these storms. Isla and Grim are arguing like a true married couple lol. These prophet people better not be a waste of time. They better have good information on the storms and if Isla can change her fate.

The burning Isla felt in her heart could be a warning of the dangers that the storm will bring. W Wraith for saving Isla from certain death and helping her find Cleo! I hate Cleo with a passion. Ofc she killed the Oracles and is keeping the future to herself, and all this to try to get her son back. There has to be someone else who can help Isla change her fate! Oo we’re getting Poppy and Terra in the next chapter.

I also think about Oro because Isla truly loves him too! She mentioned the promise he made to her! How would it work if Isla decided to be with Oro even though she’s married to Grim?!? MAN I SHIP ISLA WITH BOTH OF THEM. I can’t decide. I hope in the end the prophecy changes and Isla doesn’t kill either of them. I need to know who created these storms if they can conjure up these scary ass creatures?!?

AWW! Grim continued to raise Wraith even after Isla was gone and Wraith remembered her after all this time! All of Grims’ past betrayals are fresh in Islas’ mind. And no matter how sorry Grim feels, like I said before she just needs time. But Islas’ smart for using his regret to make him swear he won’t do anything behind her back. When they share moments like riding Wraith too, it gives me hope for them.

I hope the blacksmith decides to not want to die in the end. I hope the bracelets he made don’t come back to bite Isla in the butt. Dammit I can see that Grim truly loves Isla but he needs to give her space. He needs to understand she isn’t the wife he knew before. She’s been through so much and if he wants to win her back he’s just gotta take it one step at a time. Isla really hurt Grims’ feelings tho!!

Grim doesn’t play about his wife! I know deep down Grim is a little happy that he’s making fun of Oro for loving Isla. These storms are sus. But maybe Isla and Grim can stop em with their power combined. How many times have Grim and Isla been spicy, cuz the fact that she’s still remembering is wild to me! Hehe Isla threatening to gut Grim is he’s lying is 😮‍💨. I hope Isla can change her fate/propechy!

Isla is big brain for utilizing her position as Grims’ wife to gain insight on the plans Nightshade has. She’s doing this for Oro knowing the risks of her getting caught lying. I’m happy she sent the healing elixirs that were stolen from the Wildling newland to Lightlark. I hope they don’t think of her as a traitor cuz she is trying to prevent Grim from using the portal and attacking again!
