I have to be honest I’m not loving the footnotes. Seeing the numbers, distracts my brain and takes me out of the flow. But on top of that when I do go and read the footnotes, I feel like they are something that should have been included in the writing and not a footnote. So far my impression is that incredible writers have the ability to put these footnotes seamlessly in the actual story.
