I HATE MIDAS - “I don’t need your forgiveness. I just need your power.” You spineless POS

AHHHH rip helps her down off the horse IN FRONT of midas’s guards HAHAHAHA f u midas

I’m so mad at Auren. She is so afraid to be hurt that she’s choosing to be NOTHING. Rip is asking her to choose to be more and to choose herself. Wtf Auren.

Rip is trying to learn more about her and she brings up Midas, which causes him to become cold
He “taught you to be ashamed of everything you are”

Rip breaks her down during their training fight, makes her use her ribbons and she finally admits to being Fae. This really scares her because all of Orea hates the Fae.

I loved this scene between Rip & Auren with Ostrik being a fun bystander. Rip is trying his hardest to break down Auren’s misguided feelings towards Midas… and it pisses Auren off to no end. The enemies are enemying.

So far Queen Malina is redeeming herself for taking by her throne. Jury is still out but at least we know why she has hate and resentment in her heart.
