I've tried more than a couple medical terminology, chemistry, biology, and A&P audiobooks, and they've all been horrendous. Four times out of five they're read by AI narrators, which have improved over the years, but still aren't capable of truly performing.

The books that are read by a real person aren't much better, failing to convey ideas beyond just words.

But lectures? Lectures break that barrier.
