Altman is chosen as a sort of leader figure, soon becoming a bachelor. 24fps document the situation, while Frenesi rendezvous in Brock in Oklahoma. They scheme at a hotel, while caught in a massive storm.

The group is tracking Brock Vond. Frenesi flirts with him at a courthouse. Mention of a coming conflict in Trasero County.

Speculation that Frensie may have worked with Vond to kill Weed Altman. Tekashi, Prairie, and DL flee the retreat via a secret tunnel, as helicopters and military forces arrive in force.

Her parents military family life in Japan. DL studying under Inoshiro Sensi while hiding from her parent’s troubles. DL is a ninja weapon. Back to the ninja retreat, Prairie and DL await Funimota’s arrival.
