Difficult. This book fills me with a primal rage, that im aware is incredibly unhealthy so I do not recommend this to anyone.
Yet in the same breath, I recommend it to everybody because of how important Virginias story is.
Be good. Live life. Look after animals and helpless humans. If you see evil in front of your eyes, do all you can to end it. Complacency is as sinful as the act itself.

Difficult.
Disgusting systemic abuse. Complacent father. He should be flayed alive.
Im not a father, but I do wish to be. This books really testing that part of me. It's easy and unhinged to just say "we should just kill them" but reading the victims first hand accounts that span the better part of 20 years, and the mention of the sheer volume of young girls and young boys. Sickening.
