Loving this! The tension and yearning are delightful. I really like the FMC and the MMC is pretty delicious in that growly possessive way that makes me love dragon shifter books. I’m almost bummed this is a standalone. I can see a trilogy or a duology being really entertaining. I can’t wait for the FMC’s big origin reveal. I think the foreshadowing and clues left are glaring but I’m hoping for a twist!
