Hunger: interesting parallel between cannibalism and oral sex.

Interesting thoughts on emptiness creating fear, the closing remark for the first chapter made me think of the credits of Last Night in Soho and how, despite a lot of anxiety built from being trapped and alone in a room the empty streets of Soho convey a sinister feel.
