I was so nervous and started crying before I even said anything. So then when I told her, she was relieved it was nothing serious. Then she apologized and said that was a tactless thing to say.

Most authors don't really know how to write about two people after they get together, but Mona Kasten seems to have a pretty good grasp on it.

So far, this book seems more interesting than book 2.
But book 3 also delivered that gif line so

I’d have known Kesh by his unmistakable scent. I love the smell of Kesh. So much that I sometimes pretend I’ve forgotten my deodorant just so that I can borrow his.
