Now resolved to begin Jane Eyre after finishing Anna Karinina, seems fitting actually as I’ve heard them compared and contrasted; and I myself am “undertaking my own grand tour…educating myself (and children) to contradict the one I’ve already paid for…” Uncle Sam…a wasteful education. A 16 year old recently told me it’s one of her favorites she’s read several times…it felt like Emma and the Duke.
