i like that indy is a teenager-- sometimes romance novels with kids, the kids are like cardboard cutouts of children, not real people, but teens are harder to get right, and dewitt is doing a good job with this one.

oh my god the cat's name is leg-o-less i'm dying lmao

normally i'm not a fan of first-person present voice, but i make an exception when the voice is strong and feels like a real person talking. i also don't love listening to romances on audio, but this narrator is great so far, so we'll see how it goes!
