Oh my gosh! The capture the flag chapter was so... ugh. I had to stop reading every time I realized Percy was about to do something stupid. The second-hand embarrassment was too much.

Finding it a bit harder to get into this one. Will get better once they leave the camp. If I remember correctly, the 4th book is a lot better.

Not a fan of Thalia. It says in the book prior that she and Percy are a lot alike but the only similarity to me is they're loyal to their friends. Otherwise, she's a snobby brat.
