Another short chapter of three pages.

The old age complaining is getting old… no pun intended. They worked for over 30 years as assassins, I understand injuries take longer to heal, I understand moving slightly slower but no way in hell these women are just falling apart cause they are in their sixties.

I think one of my favorite things about this particular book is how real these ladies are. From dealing with menopause symptoms to becoming widows to brass cancer and the surgery, they’re very human.

Fam…. “Remember, ladies, your lives are lies now, but the fewer you tell, the simpler it is to keep them straight.”
