Chapter 25, 26, 27 and 28 could have been one full chapter. These chapters are coming across as very rushed and a pattern of the throwback to introduce the next board member it’s getting repetitive.

Another short chapter of three pages.

The old age complaining is getting old… no pun intended. They worked for over 30 years as assassins, I understand injuries take longer to heal, I understand moving slightly slower but no way in hell these women are just falling apart cause they are in their sixties.

Hmmm…. So Nat likes loud and big weapons and explosives … but these are the same women that complained about the new gen being too much about bombs and grenades?

I think one of my favorite things about this particular book is how real these ladies are. From dealing with menopause symptoms to becoming widows to brass cancer and the surgery, they’re very human.

Fam…. “Remember, ladies, your lives are lies now, but the fewer you tell, the simpler it is to keep them straight.”
