The author intentionally makes this book more difficult to follow by referring to characters in multiple ways within the same chapter, which keeps forcing me to remind myself that no new person has actually been introduced (whether by first name, surname, or title)
I’m also not even sure if I’m enjoying it. At this point, I don’t think I’ll read the sequel.
