M. West hits her stride with the first sentence, weaving embroidered prose with a style I am truly jealous of. Her Sun Sword series is a banquet for the serious veteran of Fantasy lit. She belongs in the camp of Erikson with her series sitting comfortably next Malazan on your shelf. I love it that much and equally.
