This is your reminder that if you read a sad part in a book to your students at 8:30am, you will have an off day in which you all struggle to do things, and only at lunch will you put two and two together.

Not saying kids shouldn't be exposed to sad things in books, but man apparently I need to take this into consideration when I do my lesson planing 😭
