Very first sentence: "No allied nation infuriates Americans more these days than France and its relentless, often irrational campaign to deprecate almost everything American." I had a feeling from the title that this was what I was getting into.

I'm already calling bullshit on this book - no citation given for the textbook, and given France's fierce secular nature, I can be sure that God was not not given credit unless it was in a direct quite from the 8th Century CE.
