Finished book, now slow-walking through endnotes. I am a cold-war vet, and was a Nuclear Reactor Operator ("Nuc R.O.") in the awesome Reagan era. As an enlisted nuc, I was a beneficiary of the perfectly blended theoretical/practical approach that resulted from Rickover's firm grasp of the program. "now commencing drills.."
