Upon finishing the Netflix series and learning the book is wildly different - as in, the series took out all of its wit and romance and just ends up punishing Bundle repeatedly - I feel I must read the book in protest and hope for a better ending for its heroine.

i hadn't finished the series bc altho i LOVE the main actress, and also HBC, it's been so weird and Not Good--ESPECIALLY compared with the book! i don't understand why people think that changing the entire essence of what makes Christie good is a great way to do screen versions... >:(
