Getting very tired of books with female protagonists that seemingly have zero care for any other human being on the planet. Women can be angry, messy, callous, or vindictive while not being downright sociopaths. It is such lazy writing to have a character that is so self conscious or devoid of personality that they will do anything and everything for someone (anyone!) to like them.
