Ambiguous grief, the grief when you don’t know the why or the ‘real story’ is tough. (Ex. Baby’s 1st Xmas ornament vs unknown why of divorce)

I like the idea of not putting more strict rules on ourselves as we try and leave unwanted cultural norms etc (ex. Glennon still getting hair and Botox done until she didn’t want to anymore, not just not wanting to be the person who doesn’t).
