Choose assets that I love because if I don’t, then I won’t take care of it. Starting a company is extremely difficult and fails. Nine times out of 10 so if I don’t really love it, just use my regular job to finance my assets. Don’t take money out of my assets only profit. buy luxuries last.

Lesson number three is mind my own business. Learn the difference between my profession and my business don’t focus on solely increasing income. Focus on using income to buy more assets keep expenses, low reduce liabilities and diligently build a base of solid assets.

Rule 1: know the difference between assets and liabilities. Buy assets.

Spend many more time, focusing on job security.

Spend more time focusing on opportunities to increase your revenue by filling in the gaps, things that are missing That other people need.
