I’m seeking out the physically practical advice such as how much does a baby feed and how often does a diaper need to be changed?
Information can help alleviate anxiety but I also wonder if being told all the issues that might arise could cause some anxiety too. This book does offer solutions to any problems it brings up though. So rest assured, the main thing is support for the mother!
