Not sure how I feel about the ending. The t was very open ended in two different ways which isn’t necessarily bad but just not for me. I would have rather the case be resolved and closed. And I would have liked a little more of Janelle and Greg’s growth after the case was resolved. Just seems like they needed one more chapter after the epilogue. An epilogue for the epilogue.

This 3rd book started out dull. But I’m glad I kept reading because it’s gotten better. A doctor and a justice obsessed rogue cop on the run looking for the evidence they need is pretty intriguing.
