So this whole time that they haven’t had critters in the shell, they’ve just been getting dosed within insane amounts of radiation?

I can picture this movie scene so well. I’m not surprised. Strat is doing this, but also absolutely fucking crazy. Did not see this plot was coming.

I don’t think I would’ve come up with the way he describes this. “It’s a dark and depressing feeling to have all your closest colleagues get together and decide you should die” that’s so incredibly morbid and powerful. I could see a lot of workplaces doing this though, and for much lower requirements at that.

This whole book is just a bunch of autistics talking to each other and I kind of love it

I like that Embezzler Bob is what he is being called. The world is ending, but it’s important that we know Bob is an embezzler.

Stratt is a little crazy but the “you and what army? I have the US army” is wonderful. I wish the world would get together at a time like this but this patent thing is the tip of the iceberg for what would occur in the real world.
