Despite the overly long chapters, and Clay’s cowardly demeanor and Doto’s uppity arrogance grinding my gears (I get why this is the case, but still), I’m digging the discussions they’re having with each other about their spiritual beliefs. Makes for interesting commentary on the interpretation of culture and how it shapes perceptions of people. Clay and Doto are finally respecting each other too.
