Evelyn deserves better than Cecilia. I am struggling to understand what exactly she sees in her biphobic, guilt-tripping ass....Cecilia hasn't grown or tried to change for the better over the course of 2+ decades.

If Evelyn and Cecilia don't get together I am throwing this book out the window.

The protagonist is far too naive to be a 35 year old journalist but it's looking like Evelyn Hugo's backstory is going to be a fun game of 'spot the classic film actress inspiration.' We already got Marilyn Monroe.
